WebWell a scroll isn't that useful for a monk since you need a spell list to use scrolls. But other things that would otherwise take an action to draw to use are handy to have on hand. It does lock you out of using maneuvers like Grapple and Trip unless your unarmed strikes have the Grapple or Trip trait.
