If the puck died (as opposed to low battery), I had the hardest time getting it to charge. This cord worked amazing on my dead battery that I had been trying to get charged for the past 36 hours with the original cord. I highly recommend! I love my hidrate spark.

WebBetween the puck and the sensor. It was hiding in the threads at the top inside the bottle , and would move around as I moved the bottle, think this messed with the sensor. I got mine working after charging the puck for a few hours + cleaning the puck and under the bottle thoroughly + removing the bottle completely and doing the whole set up again.
