It is one of the fastest versions to fabricate and takes minimal trimming after initial fitting. I start with a 1/16 th inch piece of thermoplastic (I use aquaplast) that is roughly ½ an inch wide and 5 inches long. WebbSplints come in two types, static and dynamic.
